Attorney Huffines’ practice is centered around providing legal representation to a wide variety of clients. At Penn State Dickinson School of Law, Matthew Huffines focused his course work on litigation skills and business law to help small businesses, entrepreneurs and non-business clients deal with contract and business issues.
During his time at Penn State, Matthew Huffines also worked with a non-profit, free legal clinic that focuses on assisting service members and veterans. He not only helped veterans with their legal needs, but garnered skills necessary for pretrial litigation (the stages leading up to the lawsuit in the courtroom).
Attorney Huffines previously interned for the Tennessee Circuit Court and Chancery and a large, multi-state, southern law firm. During these experiences, he obtained first-hand skills to assist those in both litigation and transactional work (the preparation of documents for deals involving money, property or businesses) in real estate, business, contracts and wills.
